Iceland’s arid landscapes, which were molded by natural forces, dramatically show the creative abilities of the four fundamental elements of earth, air, fire, and water.
The landscape of Iceland is most notable for its active volcanoes, vivid green valleys, glacier-cut fjords, black sand beaches, and roaring rivers.
And although though they are easily accessible, they have mostly escaped the influence of modern society. Iceland’s pristine landscape and vast stretches of undeveloped territory stand out as a luxury in a quick-paced world of spreading development.
